Pre-Order Information

 

What is your Pre-Order policy?

A "Pre-Order" is an order for an item from our Coming-Soon, unreleased product line in order to reserve the item in advance, before it sells out. All pre-order transactions are an advance payment to reserve the advertised merchandise available exclusively at the Free the Powder online store. 

When do Pre-Order items ship when ordered at the same time as available inventory items?

For all domestic U.S. orders that include available inventory and Pre-orders, all items will be shipped together, unless separate shipping is requested in Note at checkout. For all International orders that include available inventory and Pre-orders, all items will be shipped together.

Can I change my pre-order once purchased?

Yes. Send us an email at contact@freethepowder.com with your Order Number and tell us what you'd prefer. You may also cancel the order before shipping. You may also return or exchange the item once received.

When will I receive my Pre-Order?

Fall Collection 2017/2018 items will ship as soon as we have them in stock. Orders will be shipped in the order they were received.

Pre-Order Refund Policy

All Pre-Order sales follow our regular return policies. If you are not happy with your product simply return it in new, unused condition. All Pre-Order sales follow our regular warranty policies. Pre-Order transactions can be cancelled at any time before your order has shipped.
