Orders to domestic locations in the USA will be shipped within 24 hours (Monday-Friday) via US Postal Service 2-5 Day First Class Mail or UPS Ground (on larger orders). All orders will include tracking numbers that will be sent ASAP to the customer.
We also offer the following flat rate options:
Priority Mail shipping (1-3 business days) for $8.95.
UPS Ground (3-7 business days) for $11.95.
*We do not offer local pick-up*: We are a mail order company. This is how we can offer the prices we do.
Don't get US Postal Service Mail at your address:
Option 1: At checkout select the UPS option.
Option 2: General Delivery at your local Post Office. Find the address of your local US Postal Service facility and use their address with the deliver to name: "GENERAL DELIVERY" and add [Your Name].

[City], [State], [Zip Code]
The package can then be picked up at the counter of that Post Office facility.
Shipping to a hotel or rental property
Please upgrade your shipping to our UPS option. Sending packages by mail to hotels and property management companies is unreliable.

We offer limited international shipping. Below you will find our shipping rates, return policy and information regarding taxes and duties. We ship from Park City, Utah to the following countries outside the United States:

For shipping to all other countries your option is using a parcel forwarding company. See below for more information.
Orders will be shipped within 24 hours (Monday-Friday) via USPS/Canada Post First Class Mail International or UPS Worldwide. Expect transit time of about 10 days for Mail and about 5 days for UPS. We charge flat rates based on weight, so exact amounts will be seen at checkout based on the items in your cart. A good estimate of rates is as follows:

UPS Worldwide (Transit time about 5 days)
- 1-4 pairs for $29.95. Brokerage fee included.

All other countries - Parcel Forwarding
If you are located in another country, we recommend you use a Parcel Forwarding Service. Sign up for a free membership, which gives you a US shipping address (we ship your order for free to that address). From there, you can ship to your location at discounted rates provided by the Parcel Forwarding Services.
LEATHER TREATMENT, MTB GLOVES, HATS AND T-SHIRTS
We charge a flat rate of $2.95 for shipping bike gloves, leather treatment, hats, T-shirts and other accessory items.
All leather treatment, hat, T-shirt and accessory item orders to domestic U.S. destinations will be shipped via USPS First-Class Mail within 24 hours (Monday-Friday).
Taxes and Duties: International
All applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer. Free the Powder has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting
We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid". If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by Free the Powder. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package, and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery. If you refuse a shipment from Free the Powder, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Free the Powder.
