Returns & Exchanges
You may return unused items within 30 days of purchase. We accept items that are in their original unused new condition.
If you need a different size or model please return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order. We process refunds promptly upon receipt of your return and placing a new order now ensures that you'll get your new item quickly, and that it won't go out of stock, as is common this time of year. Spring/Summer inventory is very low.
To make returns easier, we offer a flat-rate USPS shipping label for $6.95. New, unused ski gloves must be returned in the condition you received them, including manufacturer tags where applicable.
Contact us at email@example.com and we will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with a pre-paid USPS return label that you will print and attach to suitable packaging. Please take the time to carefully package your returns. All returns must include Original Invoice. The flat-rate shipping label will be deducted from your refund. Once we receive the gloves, we will process your refund promptly.
International (Canada) Returns & Exchanges
Return the new unused item and we will issue a refund of your purchase. If you need a different size place a new order for the new item. International customers pay all shipping charges associated with returns.
Send us an email at contact@freethepowder and we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number with return address. We are unable to offer pre-paid labels on international shipments. You will then send your return back to us using your preferred courier service.
When will my credit card be refunded?
Once we receive your returned merchandise, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. You will be notified via e-mail when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
