If you do not like your new gloves you may return them for a full refund. The gloves must be in their original unused condition, with tags attached. If they are the wrong size, return them unused with the tags attached, and we will send you the proper fitting size.

Domestic Size Exchanges

If your new ski gloves are the wrong size for you, send us an email at contact@freethepowder.com. We do not accept used items. We offer one free size exchange for domestic US shipping on our regular ski glove 1st inventory. The ski gloves must be in their original unused condition, with tags attached. We will email you a pre-paid return label that you will print. Once we receive the original unused pair of gloves with new tags attached, we will send you the proper fitting size.

Factory Second Gloves Policies

Factory Second gloves may possess slight blemishes and imperfections. They are a clearance item sold in limited sizes and quantities. They are sold without a warranty. All 2nd sales final.

International Returns & Exchanges

At the moment we aren’t able to issue return labels to customers outside of the US, but we’ll help you process a return or exchange, and rush to get you a refund once we receive the item. You can send your return back to us directly using your preferred courier service. Send us an email at contact@freethepowder and we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number with address.

When will my credit card be refunded?

Once we receive your returned merchandise, your refund will be processed ASAP, usually within 1-3 days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. You will be notified via e-mail when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
