Returns & Exchanges
You may return unused items within 60 days of purchase. We accept items that are in the original unused new condition that you received them. We are not a gloves loaner service. If you use them, they are yours.
You will not receive a refund if the gloves have been returned to us worn/used/altered, determined at our discretion. Used gloves or those returned in poor packaging condition will be returned to you.
Exchanges FREE
We offer one free size exchange for domestic US shipping on new, unused ski gloves. They must be returned in the condition you received them. Used items or those returned in poor packaging condition, determined at our discretion, will be returned to you.
How exchanges work: Our exchange portal is self-service. But the system will not give you an option to choose the exchange-for item. You will provide that in writing on the original invoice that you return. You will be able to issue yourself a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA #). You will then be issued a pre-paid US Postal return label that you will download, print, attach to suitable packaging and drop in the mail. This label will expire within 2 weeks of issue date.
REQUIRED: all exchanges must include invoice or order number with written exchange instructions. Without instructions the exchange will not process. The pre-paid label has enough postage for the original packaging. Use of other packaging, especially cardboard BOXES, will result in the package being returned to sender and a long delay. Domestic Returns
To make returns easy, we offer a USPS shipping label for $8 ($12 for 3 pairs and $15 for 4 or more pairs). The label is $4 for return of just an accessory item. They must be returned in the condition you received them. Used items or those returned in poor packaging condition, determined at our discretion, will be returned to you. The flat-rate shipping label will be deducted from your refund.

International Returns & Exchanges
We cannot issue return labels for international orders. Return the new unused item with the courier of your choice and we will issue a refund of your purchase. If you need a different size place a new order for the new item. International customers pay all shipping charges associated with returns.

When will my credit card be refunded?
Once we receive your returned merchandise, your refund will be processed within a few business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. You will be notified via e-mail when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
