From time to time we offer a great discount on the purchase of multiple pairs of gloves. When you purchase a pair of eligible ski gloves from our current collection, the second pair of eligible ski gloves of equal or lesser value from the current collection will be discounted by 50% (limited edition, outlet and clearance items excluded). This discount will be applied to as many pairs of gloves as you chose to purchase. Every second pair of eligible ski gloves will be discounted by 50%. The discount will automatically be taken at checkout.

 

Returns for Refund

The purchase of two pair is what qualifies you for the discount during our "Buy One Get One Half Off" Sales. Accordingly, the discount is deducted from the refund total if either pair is returned, negating the discount. Items must be in their original unused new condition. 

Return Examples:

Both items have the same original price: the first item is $80 and the second item is discounted from $80 to $40 (total original sale of $120) -if you return either item, the refund is $40. Final total of sale after return is $80.

Different priced items (the lower priced item is returned): the first item is $80 and the second item is discounted from $50 to $25 (total original sale of $105) -if you return the lower priced item, the refund is $25. Final total of sale after return is $80.

Different priced items (the higher priced item is returned): the first item is $80 and the second item is discounted from $50 to $25 (total original sale of $105) –if you return the higher priced item, the refund is $55. Final total of sale after return is $50.

Domestic Size Exchanges

We offer one free size exchange for domestic US shipping. New, unused ski gloves must be returned in the condition you received them, including manufacturer tags where applicable. Used items will not be accepted. Contact us and we will email you a pre-paid USPS return label that you will print. Please take the time to carefully package your returns.

 

Domestic Returns

To make returns easier, we offer a flat-rate USPS shipping label for $6.95. New, unused ski gloves must be returned in the condition you received them, including manufacturer tags where applicable. Used items will not be accepted. Contact us and we will email you a pre-paid USPS return label that you will print. Please take the time to carefully package your returns. The flat-rate shipping label will be deducted from your refund. Once we receive the gloves, we will process your refund within 7 days.

International Returns & Exchanges

We cannot issue return labels to customers outside of the US, but we’ll help you process a return or exchange, and rush to get you a refund once we receive the item. New, unused ski gloves must be returned in the condition you received them and with the original box and/or packaging, including manufacturer tags where applicable. When will my credit card be refunded?

Once we receive your returned merchandise, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. You will be notified via e-mail when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
