Free the Powder Gloves offers limited international shipping of our ski gloves and mittens. Below you will find our shipping rates, return policy and information regarding taxes and duties. We ship from Park City, Utah to the following countries outside the United States:

Orders will be shipped within 24 hours (Monday-Friday) via USPS/Canada Post First Class Mail International. Expect transit time of about 10 days, depending on your location. We charge flat rates based on weight, so exact amounts will be seen at checkout based on the items that you have chosen. A good estimate of rates is as follows: $14.95 for shipping 1-2 pairs. $22.95 for 3-4 pairs. $34.95 for 5-6 pairs. We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid". See below for more information.

All other countries - Parcel Forwarding
If you are located in another country, we recommend you use a Parcel Forwarding Service. Sign up for a free membership, which gives you a US address (we ship your order for free to that address). From there, you can ship to your location at discounted rates provided by the Parcel Forwarding Services.
Taxes and Duties: International
All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer. Free the Powder has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting
We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid". If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by Free the Powder. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package, and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery. If you refuse a shipment from Free the Powder, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Free the Powder.
International Returns & Exchanges
International orders are not eligible for exchanges due to the cost involved with duty, taxes and shipping. Simply return the new unused item and we will issue a refund of your purchase. If you need a different size place a new order for the new item. International customers pay all shipping charges associated with returns. International shipping charges are not refundable.
Send us an email at email@example.com and we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number with return address. You will then send your return back to us using your preferred courier service.
Please see our full Warranty Policy page. For covered items, we will repair the item, replace the item or we will be glad to assist you in processing a refund, depending on the nature of the defect. Please send the warranty item back to us directly using your preferred courier service. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
