You may exchange or return unused items within 60 days of purchase. We accept items that are in their original unused new condition. You will not receive a refund if the gloves have been returned to us worn/used, determined at our discretion. Used gloves or those returned in poor packaging condition will be returned to you.

Exchanges FREE

We offer one free size exchange for domestic US shipping on new, unused ski gloves. They must be returned in the condition you received them. Used items or those returned in poor packaging condition, determined at our discretion, will be returned to you.

Our exchange portal is self-service. You will be able to issue yourself a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA #). You will then be issued a pre-paid US Postal return label that you will download, print, attach to suitable packaging and drop in the mail.

All new, unused exchanges must include Original Invoice with written exchange instructions. Without instructions the exchange will not process.

 

Domestic Returns FREE

We offer free returns for domestic US shipping on new, unused ski gloves. They must be returned in the condition you received them. Used items or those returned in poor packaging condition, determined at our discretion, will be returned to you.

Our returns portal is self-service. You will be able to issue yourself a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA #). All returns must include Original Invoice with written return instructions. Without instructions the return will not process. Once we receive the gloves, we will process your refund within a couple of business days.

 

International Returns & Exchanges

We cannot issue return labels for international orders. Return the new unused item with the courier of your choice and we will issue a refund of your purchase. If you need a different size place a new order for the new item. International customers pay all shipping charges associated with returns.

Send us an email at contact@freethepowder and we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number with return address.

When will my credit card be refunded?

Once we receive your returned merchandise, your refund will be processed within a couple of business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. You will be notified via e-mail when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.

Domestic Shipping SKI GLOVES:

USA Shipping on ski gloves: FREE

Orders to domestic locations in the USA will be shipped same-day if ordered by 11 AM MST (Monday-Friday) via US Postal Service 2-5 Day First Class Mail. All orders will include tracking numbers that will be sent ASAP to the customer.

We also offer the following flat rate options:

Priority Mail shipping (1-3 business days) for $9

UPS Ground (3-7 business days, excludes AK and HI) for $12

*We do not offer local pick-up*: We are a mail order company. This is how we can offer the prices we do.

Don't get US Postal Service Mail at your address:

Option 1: At checkout select the UPS option.

Option 2: General Delivery at your local Post Office. Find the address of your local US Postal Service facility and use their address with the deliver to name: "GENERAL DELIVERY"  and add [Your Name].

For example:

GENERAL DELIVERY

The package can then be picked up at the counter of that Post Office facility.

Shipping to a hotel or rental property

Please upgrade your shipping to our UPS option. Sending packages by mail to hotels and property management companies is unreliable.

 

International Shipping SKI GLOVES:

We offer limited international shipping. Below you will find our shipping rates, return policy and information regarding taxes and duties. We ship from Park City, Utah to the following countries outside the United States:

• Canada
• Australia
• New Zealand
• UK

For shipping to all other countries your option is using a parcel forwarding company. See below for more information.

Canada Shipping

Orders will be shipped same-day if ordered by 11 AM MST (Monday-Friday) via USPS/Canada Post First Class Mail International. Expect transit time of about 10 days. We charge flat rates based on weight, so exact amounts will be seen at checkout based on the items in your cart. A good estimate of rates is as follows: 

USPS/ Canada Post (Transit time about 10 days)

• 1-2 pair for $18
• 3-4 Pairs for $25
• More than 4 pairs will ship Priority Mail International for $50

Australia & New Zealand

Orders will be shipped same-day if ordered by 11 AM MST (Monday-Friday) via USPS First Class Mail International or UPS Worldwide. We charge flat rates based on weight, so exact amounts will be seen at checkout based on the items in your cart. A good estimate of rates is as follows:

United Kingdom

Orders will be shipped same-day if ordered by 11 AM MST (Monday-Friday) via USPS First Class Mail International. Expect transit time of about 2 weeks, depending on your location. We charge flat rates based on weight, so exact amounts will be seen at checkout based on the items that you have chosen. All other countries  - Parcel Forwarding

If you are located in another country, we recommend you use a Parcel Forwarding Service. Sign up for a free membership, which gives you a US shipping address (we ship your order for free to that address). From there, you can ship to your location at discounted rates provided by the Parcel Forwarding Services.

 

LEATHER TREATMENT, MTB GLOVES, HATS AND T-SHIRTS

We charge a flat rate of $3 for shipping bike gloves, leather treatment, hats, T-shirts and other accessory items.

All leather treatment, hat, T-shirt and accessory item orders to domestic U.S. destinations will be shipped via USPS First-Class Mail within 24 hours (Monday-Friday).

 

Taxes and Duties: International

All applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer. Free the Powder has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting

We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid". If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by Free the Powder. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package, and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery. If you refuse a shipment from Free the Powder, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Free the Powder.
